01
Each project starts with a written spec: goals, non-goals, data model and acceptance criteria. It is the contract between design and implementation, and the first thing I would hand a new teammate.
02
I direct AI tools through planning, implementation and QA, and review each output the way I would review a colleague: product hat on the spec, team-lead hat on the plan, senior-engineer hat on the code.
03
I would rather own a system from schema to deploy than polish one layer of it. My independent projects are built to run, not just to compile.
I looked for a Web3 backend role in 2023 and again in 2026. The second time I had more experience and used AI at every step, yet it was harder: pickier companies, fake recruiters, and offers only through people I'd worked with.
